A deeper look into the classes taught at vive:
Hatha
Hatha Yoga is perfect for all levels of experience. The focus of this class is prefect alignment with the body as well as the breath. Classical-Eclectic Hatha is a mixed form of hatha yoga. The term Hatha indicates that this type of yoga involves asana practice (poses). Classical indicates that the poses practiced are time honored. Typical indicates poses are taught in more than one hatha style. And eclectic indicates that the style is blended. In other words, it does not follow one strict method or consistent routine of postures.
