Yoga Instructor (RYT 200)
Kelly started practicing yoga in 2017 to get a dose of physical activity after a long day of sitting of at a desk. Right away, Kelly was drawn to the yoga community, exploring new ways to move her body, and the connections she made through her yoga practice. Kelly credits yoga for teaching her many important lessons, but above all, yoga has taught her patience with her body.
After experiencing the mental and physical benefits of yoga, Kelly knew she wanted to become a yoga instructor so she could share these gifts with others. Kelly completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2019.
