Ashley feels that it is very important not to rush through each pose. Instead, build strength, flexibility, and find the breath and ease in each pose. Her classes always include core work and a step by step sequence into each peak pose. Her Pre/Postnatal classes focus on preparing for birth by including breath work, labor training exercises, as well as preparing for (or during) the postpartum period -- finding ways to support the body during this transitional time.
