What is Yoga Sculpt?
Yoga Sculpt is a unique combination of power yoga and strength training designed to create a full-body workout. Combining traditional yoga poses and principles with strength training and hand weights, this high-intensity workout will leave you feeling stronger, refreshed and uplifted.
Who should attend?
You don’t have to be a yoga expert to attend yoga sculpt. This class is for anyone looking for a fun and challenging workout in a guided group setting. And if you’re already a fan of more traditional yoga, adding hand weights adds a little bit more intensity to the workout and allows you to strengthen the muscles that you already use in your yoga practice.

Things to keep in mind…
Be sure to bring a sweat towel and water bottle to class, yoga sculpt will be taught in a heated room (80 degrees). Come prepared to sweat, tone and detoxify. This class is for students who have an understanding of their body and are ready to push their limits.
